Humane Society of North Texas Seeks Adopters

The Humane Society of North Texas is encouraging adopters to open their homes to pets in need during the summer season. As the busiest stretch of the season approaches, the organization is highlighting the importance of creating space for new pets by adopting those currently in shelters.

Meet Hercules and Daisy

This week, the Humane Society of North Texas is featuring two dogs that showcase the diverse range of pets available for adoption. Hercules, a 3-year-old mastiff, is a gentle giant who commands attention with his massive stature but has a surprisingly calm and people-oriented personality. On the other end of the size spectrum is Daisy, a 6-year-old Chihuahua who brings a quieter kind of charm with her tiny, affectionate nature and soulful expression.

Both Hercules and Daisy demonstrate that the right fit in a companion is not about size, breed, or appearance, but about connection. The Humane Society of North Texas aims to facilitate these connections by providing a comprehensive adoption process that includes services to set adopters and their new pets up for success.

To learn more about adopting a pet like Hercules or Daisy, visit the Humane Society of North Texas’s website at HSNT.org or attend one of their off-site adoption events held six days a week.
