Maxx Crosby to Attend Historic UFC Fight at White House for America’s 250th

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby is gearing up to attend a unique UFC fight at the White House on June 14, marking the celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. Crosby expressed his excitement about visiting the White House for the first time and participating in such a historic event. ‘I’ve never been to the White House,’ Crosby shared, highlighting his appreciation for the opportunity to celebrate the nation he loves.

Crosby, a prominent figure in the NFL, sees this event as a chance to recognize the freedoms and opportunities that define the American experience. ‘You have an opportunity every day to chase your passion,’ he remarked, emphasizing the American Dream as a land of opportunity for people from diverse backgrounds.

The idea for the fight, set to take place on the South Lawn, originated from a casual conversation between former President Donald Trump and UFC President Dana White during a live UFC match. White, a close friend of Crosby, quickly agreed to the idea, setting the logistics in motion. ‘Dana White is like family to me,’ Crosby said, praising White’s ability to put on an incredible show.

Crosby also expressed his support for UFC fighter Justin Gaethje, whom he considers a great friend and one of the greatest fighters. ‘I want to see him go to the White House and do his thing for sure,’ Crosby stated.

Olympic Aspirations and NFL Insights

Looking ahead, Crosby is open to the possibility of representing the United States in flag football at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Despite his family’s roots in the Balkans, Crosby’s allegiance lies firmly with the United States. ‘Everyone knows my heart’s here,’ he affirmed.

In the NFL realm, Crosby shared his thoughts on Raiders quarterback Fernando Mendoza, who is transitioning from a successful college career. Crosby praised Mendoza’s humility and eagerness to learn, noting that he has impressed teammates with his attitude. ‘I think he’s done an incredible job of just being one of the guys,’ Crosby said.

While Crosby acknowledged the presence of NFL legend Tom Brady as a minority owner of the Raiders, he highlighted Brady’s value as a resource for the organization. ‘Anybody you get around an organization that has done it at that level, I think is a positive,’ Crosby commented.

In addition to his football career, Crosby has partnered with SAXX Underwear, a brand that caught his attention due to its name and quality. Although not NFL certified, Crosby enjoys wearing the product during workouts and daily activities.
