Gunfire Near Our Lady of Greenwood Festival, Suspect Apprehended

A witness recounted that a man was seen pulling out a gun and firing it into the air. Unfortunately, one individual was struck in the ankle and required medical attention, being transported by ambulance. The swift response from festival attendees saw approximately 35 people seeking refuge in a nearby CVS, which was subsequently locked down for about an hour until law enforcement secured the suspect.

Others at the scene took cover under tents or within the Our Lady of Greenwood School building. Despite the chaos, no additional injuries were reported.
