Jonesboro, Ark. – SANY Nutrition Group, a family‑owned manufacturer based in Jonesboro, announced the launch of three new Beyond Resilience protein snacks on Monday, Oct. 26. The new items – Fro‑Bite, Mini Brittles and Crunch Pops – are now available for purchase online and will be featured at Pepcom’s Holiday Spectacular in New York City on Oct. 28.
Product details
Each snack is designed to deliver a protein boost without sacrificing flavor. Fro‑Bite pairs real frozen fruit with sugar‑free protein chocolate, offering flavors such as Strawberry, Banana + Peanut Butter, Mango and Blueberry Granola. Protein content ranges from 4 grams per serving to 6 grams for the Banana + Peanut Butter variety. A 7.97‑ounce package retails for $6.98.
Mini Brittles combine caramelized speculoos cream and protein crisps under a milk chocolate coating. The Caramel & Milk Chocolate version provides 7.5 grams of protein per 40‑gram serving and contains no artificial coloring. It is sold in a 7.05‑ounce bag for $7.99.
Crunch Pops come in six flavors – Chili & Lime, Nacho Cheddar, Caramelized Corn, Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate. Savory varieties deliver 16 grams of protein per 20‑gram serving, while the chocolate varieties provide 14 grams. The company notes that the savory pops can be added to salads or soups. A 2.12‑ounce pouch costs $5.99, and an eight‑pouch box is also offered.
Pricing and promotion
All three snacks can be ordered through the brand’s website, b‑resilience.com. From Nov. 1 through Jan. 1, customers who spend $60 or more can use the code ProteinSeason for a 15 % discount.
Beyond Resilience line expansion
The new snacks join the existing Beyond Resilience Protein Crunch Bar, a caramel‑chocolate bar that supplies 15 grams of protein per two‑bar serving. SANY also previewed upcoming products, including Prookies (soft, layered cookie‑style bites with 15 grams of protein), Giant Clusters (caramel and chocolate clusters with 15 grams of protein), and Vitamin Splash (chocolate‑coated freeze‑dried fruit with 4‑6 grams of protein and added vitamin C).
Local manufacturing strength
All three products are produced at SANY’s Jonesboro facility, which can manufacture up to 500 million bars and bites each year. The plant blends European and American manufacturing technology, allowing SANY to move a product from concept to shelf‑ready in a matter of weeks. The company has invested in additional land and equipment to support future growth, offering services that include product development, brand and packaging design, custom formulations, regulatory support, ingredient sourcing, quality assurance, nationwide warehousing and distribution.
Founder and investor Angela Pernsteiner said, “Our Fro‑Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops embody everything Beyond Resilience stands for: protein that tastes like a treat, not a compromise. We wanted to give people snacks they could reach for anywhere, anytime, without giving up the flavor or crunch they love.” She added that the Jonesboro platform provides “limitless possibilities” for expanding the company’s snack portfolio.
Community impact
The launch underscores Jonesboro’s growing role as a hub for food‑technology manufacturing, creating jobs and supporting local suppliers. By offering high‑protein, convenient snacks, SANY aims to meet the nutritional needs of active families and individuals while keeping production firmly rooted in the community.
