Los Angeles Prosecutors Review Sexual Assault Allegations Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Los Angeles prosecutors are currently reviewing sexual assault allegations against music executive Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The allegations, which involve incidents from 2020 and 2021, were brought forward by publicist and record producer Jonathan Hay.

Details of the Allegations

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed that separate investigations were presented by both the LAPD and LASD in the fall of 2025, focusing on a single victim. Hay, who has publicly identified himself, expressed that the validation of his claims by law enforcement marks a significant step in his quest for justice.

Hay stated, “Standing as a survivor of the actions involving Sean Diddy Combs and Christopher CJ Wallace, I view the validation of my accounts by the LAPD and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office as a critical juncture. This development represents a substantial advancement in my pursuit of complete accountability. Justice is prevailing.”

Combs’ Legal History

Combs has a history of legal troubles, having been convicted last year on federal charges related to transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. Although he was acquitted of more severe charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, he was sentenced to 50 months in prison. Combs is currently appealing these convictions and is held at the low-security Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix in New Jersey.

Attempts to reach Combs’ attorneys for comments on these recent allegations were unsuccessful.
