The Bucket Ministry in Rockwall Restructures Leadership for Greater Impact

The Bucket Ministry, a faith-driven nonprofit based in Rockwall, Texas, is undergoing a significant leadership restructuring to bolster its mission of providing clean water and sharing the Gospel worldwide. Chris Muckleroy has been appointed as the new CEO, while Founder Christopher Beth will transition to the role of President.

Leadership Transition

Chris Muckleroy, who brings a wealth of experience from both business and ministry, will take over the day-to-day operations, allowing Beth to focus on storytelling and outreach. Muckleroy’s background includes 13 years in corporate finance and a role as Executive Pastor of Finance and Administration at Cross City Church in Euless, Texas. His journey with The Bucket Ministry began after witnessing its impact firsthand during a trip to Belize in 2022.

Christopher Beth founded The Bucket Ministry in 2015 after a life-changing mission trip to the Brazilian Amazon with his daughter. His vision has since led to over 1 million individuals gaining access to clean water across three continents, with more than 30,000 people embracing the Christian faith.

Future Goals

With these leadership changes, The Bucket Ministry aims to expand its reach and impact. Muckleroy expressed his commitment to stewarding the organization for even greater future success, emphasizing the transformative power of clean water and the Gospel.

Beth, now as President and Chief Storyteller, will continue to share the inspiring stories of lives changed by the ministry’s work. He believes that this new chapter will invite more people to join their mission, leveraging Muckleroy’s expertise to enhance their global efforts.

The Bucket Ministry remains dedicated to its core mission of providing clean water and spreading the message of faith, ensuring that communities around the world can experience both physical and spiritual renewal.
