Hat Creek and Terry Black’s BBQ Join Forces for Limited-Time Burger

Texans have a new reason to celebrate as Hat Creek Burger Company teams up with Terry Black’s Barbecue for a limited-time offering that brings together the best of both brands. The Pitmaster Stack, a hearty burger featuring Hat Creek’s signature all-beef patty and Terry Black’s legendary chopped brisket, is available at all 26 Hat Creek locations across Texas until June 13.

A Texas-Sized Collaboration

This mouthwatering creation includes a juicy all-beef patty topped with Terry Black’s chopped brisket and their signature sweet-and-tangy BBQ sauce. The burger is further enhanced with hand-battered onion rings, melted cheddar cheese, and pickles, all served on a soft Martin’s Potato Roll. This collaboration highlights the shared commitment of both brands to quality and Texas tradition.

Hat Creek Burger Company, known for its fresh, Texas-raised beef and fun outdoor playgrounds, was founded in 2008 by Drew Gressett in Austin. The brand has grown to 26 locations, offering a menu that includes burgers, salads, shakes, nuggets, and fries cooked to perfection in beef tallow. Terry Black’s Barbecue, a staple in Central Texas, has earned a loyal following for its authentic slow-smoked meats and time-honored techniques.

More Than Just a Burger

In addition to the Pitmaster Stack, Hat Creek has reintroduced its popular beef tallow fried onion rings and launched a new Banana Pudding Shake, made with real bananas and topped with classic vanilla wafers. Guests can enjoy these items as part of the Pitmaster Stack Combo, making for a complete Texas-style meal.

For those eager to try this unique collaboration, visiting a Hat Creek location before June 13 is a must. More information, including the nearest location, can be found at hatcreekburgers.com.
