An 18-year-old man, Erick Holguin, died after a single-vehicle crash early Sunday on the 12200 block of Montana in El Paso.

Police say the Special Traffic Investigation Unit responded to the scene at about 3:25 a.m.

Investigators determined the collision involved a single vehicle. Police investigation revealed a 2021 Chevrolet.

Holguin died from his injuries at the scene, officials said.

The crash remains under investigation. Authorities are working to determine the cause and any contributing factors.
