Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that United Arab Emirates President Mohamed bin Zayed warned Netanyahu ten days before the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas attacks that the group was planning a major offensive. Netanyahu’s office denied the report, stating, “The press reports are false. No warning was given to the Prime Minister from the United Arab Emirates before October 7th. If there was any relevant information, it was passed through intelligence channels between the two countries.” The office did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
Clinton’s view on Israeli politics
Clinton suggested that a new Israeli government could take a tougher stance on settler violence in the West Bank, saying, “I would hope that a new prime minister would crack down on settler violence. There should be no impunity for that kind of violence. It is not just about the death and destruction of the Palestinians, their property and all the rest of it. Anytime you let people have that level of violence in a society that you don’t stop, that creeps into the whole society.” She added that such violence is “unfair, bad and wrong for the Palestinians” and also “very dangerous to Israel.”

Clinton also warned of a growing socialist trend within the Democratic Party, urging party members to focus on legislative results rather than slogans. “Let people defend the positions they’ve taken.
