Crystal Bridges to Host ‘Nature Adorned’ Tiffany & Co. Exhibition in Bentonville

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville is set to open a new exhibition that blends the world‑renowned craftsmanship of Tiffany & Co. with the museum’s own American art collection. Titled “Nature Adorned: The Artistry of Tiffany & Co. and the American Imagination,” the show runs from October 9, 2026 until March 29, 2027.

What visitors can expect

The exhibition pairs iconic pieces from the Tiffany Archives with works from Crystal Bridges’ permanent collection. Highlights include the famed Arkansas Diamond, George Paulding Farnham’s naturalistic enamel designs, and Jean Schlumberger’s celebrated “Hedges and Flowers” necklace and “Bird on a Rock” brooch. Guests will also see Tiffany Studios’ nine‑foot‑tall stained‑glass window “Mountain Landscape (Root Memorial Window),” a dramatic depiction of a waterfall framed by foliage.

In addition, the museum will display the circa 1905‑1906 “Wisteria Table Lamp” created by Clara Driscoll, a pioneering female designer whose work helped shape early American decorative arts.

Connecting art and nature

Beyond the jewelry, the show features paintings by modern masters such as Carmen Herrera, Leon Polk Smith and Hope Gangloff. Curators emphasize the shared visual language of color, form, pattern and the natural world that runs through both the Tiffany pieces and the American artworks.

“Nature has always inspired both our designers and our artists,” said a museum spokesperson. “This exhibition celebrates that dialogue, inviting families and art lovers to see how a jeweler’s attention to detail can echo the bold strokes of a painter.”

Practical information for families

Crystal Bridges is located in downtown Bentonville, adjacent to the Crystal Bridges Trail and the Walmart AMP. Admission details, including ticket prices and any special family discounts, can be found on the museum’s website at crystalbridges.org. The museum offers a range of programs for children, including guided tours and hands‑on activities that explore the intersection of design and the natural environment.

Parking is available in the museum’s lot, and the venue is fully accessible. Visitors are encouraged to plan ahead, as the exhibition is expected to draw both local residents and tourists drawn to the region’s growing reputation as an arts destination.

Why this matters to the community

Crystal Bridges has become a cultural anchor for Northwest Arkansas, supporting local schools, artists and small businesses. By partnering with a globally recognized brand like Tiffany & Co., the museum not only brings world‑class objects to the area but also reinforces the region’s commitment to preserving and celebrating American creativity.

For families seeking enriching experiences that combine education, beauty and a celebration of faith‑based stewardship of the earth, “Nature Adorned” offers a unique opportunity to explore how art and craftsmanship can reflect God‑given beauty in everyday life.
