To fill the roster spot, Houston recalled left‑hander Bryan King from Triple‑A Sugar Land. King has appeared in 51 games this season, posting a 2‑3 record, six saves and a 4.75 ERA.
In his three seasons with the Astros, King is 8‑7 with a 3.42 ERA across 147 appearances (one start).
