Rain and storms around the Butler County area have caused slight changes to the Voices of America Country Music Festival on Friday.

Organizers pushed back set times by 15 minutes as storms moved through the area.

Performers on Friday included Rascal Flatts as the headliner, with other performers including Lee Brice, LeAnn Rimes, Ashley Cooke, and Blake Whitten.

The festival will be held rain or shine, and passes to the event are non-refundable.
