The United Way has launched the 814 Day of Action to bring the community together and make Bradford stronger through service. This year’s event has been expanded to two volunteer days, giving businesses the opportunity to participate during the workweek and offering a weekend option for individuals and families.

To complete the community projects already scheduled, at least 15 more volunteers are needed on Saturday. The event is about more than just completing projects – it’s about neighbors helping neighbors and showing what can be accomplished when the community works together.

Thanks to the generosity of community partners, there are various volunteer opportunities available. These opportunities include projects that fit different schedules and interests.
