Professional Dairy Producers (PDP) is offering a tour of Idaho’s dairy farms and businesses from October 19-23. The tour will give dairy producers an exclusive look at innovative agricultural practices and cutting-edge technology in the industry.
Tour Details
The tour includes four nights of lodging, a welcome reception, nine meals, tour transportation, and all training materials. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from Boise, Idaho. The itinerary includes tours of select farms and businesses that are driving Idaho’s success in milk production, dairy processing, and ag technology.
PDP vice president JJ Pagel said, “These tours will give PDP members the chance to learn directly from the dairy owners and managers who are leading the way in employee engagement, milk quality, cow comfort, and operational efficiency.” Registration is now open for the tour, with space limited to the first 45 active dairy producers who reserve their spots.
