Northpoint Community Church, in partnership with local businesses and area congregations, will host a free Back to School Uniform Giveaway on Saturday, July 18, to help relieve the financial burdens facing families preparing for the upcoming school year.

The event will run from noon to 2 p.m. at Meadowview Elementary School, located at 4312 Shed Road, and is open to the public for students of Bossier Parish Schools. Organizers have set a goal to distribute more than 1,000 new and gently used uniforms, alongside essential school supplies, to children in need.
Families planning to attend should note that a guardian must accompany each child and present a valid photo ID or utility bill to receive the items. All uniform items are for children attending schools in Bossier Parish.
