Sheridan City Council adopted a resolution regulating the early placement of chairs along the parade route in downtown Sheridan. The resolution stipulated that no person shall place chairs, benches, coolers, signs, or other personal property upon any public sidewalk, curb, street, alley, or public right-of-way.
The community responded positively to the new regulation, with no chairs being set out early. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter spoke with the Mayor, who expressed satisfaction with the community’s compliance.
