A new $60 million development is coming to Harrison, Ohio, bringing with it 575 new jobs and multiple retailers, including Target and Aldi. The Harrison Town Center Development, located at 10400 Harrison Avenue, will also feature Tropical Smoothie, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Fifth Third Bank.
Development Details
The development is expected to be fully built out by the second quarter of 2028, with some openings starting in August 2027. Target is slated to open in October 2027. City officials say sitework is about 90 percent complete.
According to John Silverman, Managing Principal of Midland Atlantic Properties, Harrison was chosen for the development due to its rapid growth and strong, family-oriented appeal. The city’s strategic location along the I-74 corridor and influx of new housing developments create a robust and expanding trade area.
Mayor Ryan Grubbs expressed excitement about the progress and interest in the Harrison Town Center Development, stating that the city is looking forward to welcoming the new businesses to Harrison.
