The Heart of the 4th Music & Arts Festival will return for its second year this Saturday, celebrating Baltimore’s 4th district. The festival will take place from noon to 11 p.m. Saturday at Dewees Park, located at 5501 Ivanhoe Ave.
Community Celebration
Baltimore City Councilman Mark Conway said in a statement, “The Heart of the 4th Music & Arts Festival is about celebrating the people who make our community special.” Conway has partnered with DJ Dragn of Motor House and Release Community Outreach to present the community event.
The festival will feature live music and entertainment, including Baltimore radio personality and entertainer DJ Frank Ski, as well as food vendors, artisans, small businesses, community resources, and activities for the whole family.
