Indian software services firm LTM expects AI revenue to outpace its traditional services business, according to CEO Venu Lambu. The company has signed a partnership with Anthropic to deploy large language models to enterprise clients.
AI Adoption Acceleration
Lambu stated that the acceleration of AI adoption could see projects start off small and varied, but once a proof point is delivered to the customer, it can multiply with the same customers. He expects enterprise AI adoption to accelerate in the second half of fiscal year 2027.
LTM posted a 6.1% year-on-year rise in first-quarter revenue and disclosed its AI revenue for the first time, which was $150 million on a quarterly run-rate basis, or 12% of total revenue, across three AI-native businesses.
