An investigation is underway in San Antonio after skeletal remains were found at Concepcion Park on the city’s South Side. The San Antonio Police Department is working to determine if the remains are human and if they could be those of a missing 7-month-old infant, Ozana Cisneros.
The remains were discovered on Friday night, the same evening that Ozana’s mother, 19-year-old Maximina Cisneros, was found at a home in the 200 block of Parkview Drive, near the park. Maximina was taken to a hospital and was last reported to be in stable condition.
An AMBER Alert had been issued for Ozana and her mother on Thursday. Reports have also surfaced of a shooting at the same home where Maximina was found, which occurred on June 9, the day before the investigation into Ozana’s disappearance began. Isaiah Marquis Lopez, 24, was arrested on Friday on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
