Katherine Heigl, a well-known actress and supporter of traditional families, is parting ways with her Utah home. The 47-year-old actress has listed her home in the Utah mountains for $10.6 million. She and her husband, musician Josh Kelley, built the house together in 2008 after purchasing the land for $1 million in 2007.
Family Life
Heigl and Kelley have three children: Naleigh, 17, Adalaide, 14, and Joshua, 9. The family moved from Los Angeles to Utah full-time in 2012 and are now looking to downsize. Heigl expressed that it’s been hard to decide to let the house go, as she’s a homebody and values her family life.
The 8,352-square-foot home features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including two primary suites, as well as a great room with high ceilings and a 30-foot steel fireplace. The property also includes a detached space that Heigl used as an art studio, a heated pool, and multiple manicured lawns.
