Duke Energy is allocating $350,000 in financial assistance to help Indiana customers pay their energy bills this summer. Qualifying customers can receive up to a $250 credit annually on their account through the Summer Energy Assistance Credit Program.
Eligibility and Application
To find out if you’re eligible for the benefit, you will need to contact your local Energy Assistance Program agency. Duke Energy will work with the Indiana Community Action Association to distribute the funds through these local agencies.
Additionally, Duke Energy offers other savings programs and assistance, including a Payment Assistance Finder, Usage Alerts, and the Smart Usage Option. Customers can also take advantage of free Home Energy House Calls and installment payment plans for added flexibility.
