Pirates Place Reliever Evan Sisk On Injured List

The Pittsburgh Pirates placed relief pitcher Evan Sisk on the 15-day injured list Saturday with left elbow inflammation. Sisk is 1-0 with a 2.23 ERA in 32 appearances out of the bullpen this season.

Acquired at the 2025 trade deadline from Kansas City, Sisk is 2-1 with a 2.67 ERA in 51 career games with the Royals and Pirates. The Pirates recalled right-hander Hunter Stratton from Triple-A Indianapolis in a corresponding transaction.
