The Explorium Children’s Museum in Denton will close its doors on August 9. According to the museum, the closure is due to a search for a new location that can accommodate its expansion plans.
Expansion Plans
The museum, which was acquired by Denton County Friends of the Family in 2024, offers summer camps, hosts birthday parties, and features interactive, educational exhibits. The new location will allow the museum to grow and provide more services to children in Denton.
