East Georgetown is experiencing an influx of new businesses, including health care practices. Seva Pediatrics, a pediatric care practice, opened on June 15 at 2951 FM 1460, Ste. 901, in Georgetown. The practice offers outpatient pediatric care, including well-child and sick visits, sports physicals, and vaccinations.

In addition to Seva Pediatrics, other new businesses in the area include a dry eye treatment clinic, a mental health clinic, and a beauty retailer. The dry eye treatment clinic, located at 1502 Blue Ridge Drive, Ste. 301, in Georgetown, offers diagnostic testing and imaging, as well as procedure-based dry eye treatment.
A mental health clinic, located at 2951 FM 1460, Ste. 201, in Georgetown, assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients experiencing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and other mental health issues. The beauty retailer, Sephora, opened on April 28 at the Round Rock Premium Outlets.
Other new businesses in the area include a corporate park, led by Novick Development, which will include eight industrial buildings suitable for commercial, industrial, warehouse, and business space. JABS Smashburger and Shawarma Point, two dining tenants, will be opening in mid-August at The Junction entertainment venue.
Moka & Co., a Yemeni cafe and coffee shop, is also coming to the area, with construction on its first Central Texas location set to run from July to October. Family Dental of Teravista is relocating its office from Westinghouse Road to Boselli Way, with construction on the new building expected to wrap up in April 2027.
A&W Roofing, a family-owned and -operated roofing contractor, celebrated its 10th anniversary in Georgetown on June 16. The company offers roof replacements and other services for residential and commercial properties.
