Riviera Beach, Florida, has been named a 2026 All-America City Award winner by the National Civic League. The city was recognized for its excellence in local innovation, civic engagement, and cross-sector collaboration.
Civic Excellence Recognized
The National Civic League honored Riviera Beach as one of ten outstanding communities in the United States. City leaders and residents traveled to Denver to present their case for the recognition before a panel of national civic leaders.
The city’s Youth Council, Citizens Leadership Academy, and Neighborhood Reclaim Home Rehabilitation Program were highlighted as examples of the city’s commitment to civic engagement and community development.
Riviera Beach was selected from among 20 finalists for the national award. The city’s population of around 40,000 residents has come together to build a thriving community through various initiatives and programs.
