A single vehicle crash has shut down all southbound lanes on the Gene Snyder Freeway between Highway 42 and I-71. According to MetroSafe, the crash happened just before 10 p.m. near the 35.9-mile marker.
TRIMAC said all southbound lanes, along with both shoulders, are blocked, with the closure expected to last at least an hour. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and find alternate routes if possible.
It’s unclear if there were any injuries involved at this time.
