A crash on Interstate 40 westbound at exit 44 in Coolidge, New Mexico, slowed traffic due to only one lane being open. No one was injured in the crash, which happened just at the beginning of a construction zone.
As of 8:40 p.m., McKinley County Sheriff’s Office deputies were waiting for tow trucks to arrive and clear the scene. The crash is under investigation by the McKinley County Sheriff’s Office.
