He specifically pointed to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer as an example of this hesitancy.

Trump alleged that the lack of resistance from mainstream Democrats is actively pushing the entire organization toward the far left. He asserted that if Democrats fought these radical members with the same intensity they use against him and other Republicans, they would succeed.
