Cities in Northwest Arkansas have announced their fireworks rules for the July 4 holiday. In Bentonville, fireworks are allowed on July 3 and 4 from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.
In Rogers, fireworks are permitted from July 2 through 4 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Springdale will allow fireworks on July 2 and 4 from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
In Fayetteville, they’re permitted from July 1 through 3 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and until 11 p.m. on July 4. In Bella Vista, you can shoot off fireworks on July 3 and 5 from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Fort Smith does not allow fireworks without direct authorization from the city. In most cities, fireworks can only be used on private property with the owner’s permission. Officials are encouraging everyone to be considerate of neighbors and to practice fire safety.
