High winds in Stillwater, Oklahoma, tore the roof off the Monticello Apartments, leaving two apartments completely exposed and causing extensive damage to a resident’s belongings.
A resident of one of the affected apartments said he was at work when the incident occurred and learned about the damage from his neighbor. The resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, said his neighbor sent him a picture of one side of the apartment and then a short video that showed the roof was completely gone.
