Details of the Allegation
Ashley, the ex-wife of golfer Pat Perez, claims that Mickelson showed her a picture of himself nude with an erection and flexing his bicep. She also alleged that Mickelson told her to come to his bedroom that night after her then-husband fell asleep.
Ashley did not mention the incident to her then-husband until after the tournament. Mickelson later apologized for his actions.
Perez discussed his dislike for Mickelson in a podcast about four years ago, stating that Mickelson had crossed a line that was ‘uncrossable and unforgivable.’
A spokesperson for Mickelson responded to the allegations, stating that some of the claims are false and that others revisit mistakes he has already acknowledged.
