The cities of Lakeway, West Lake Hills, and Bee Cave are hosting various events to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary and Independence Day. In Bee Cave, a community event will take place at city hall, featuring children’s crafts, popsicles, and a Wish Wall where attendees can write messages on ribbons to be displayed.
Lakeway’s 4th of July Celebration
Lakeway will host a holiday event starting with a parade on Lakeway Drive at 8:30 a.m. A reception with live music, free hot dogs, games, and awards will follow at the Activity Center, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
West Lake Hills’ 4th of July Parade
West Lake Hills will host a Fourth of July parade along Westlake Drive, followed by a celebration area with sponsor booths, activities, treats, and more. A costume contest will also take place, with awards for most patriotic, best dressed pet, and best thing on wheels.
