A New Chapter
Dr. Ling, who took over the practice in June 2024, aims to build lasting relationships with patients and become part of the community. He shares the same philosophy as the practice’s founder, Dr. Lepow, who retired after decades of serving Jersey Village families.

Giving Back
To commemorate 49 years of serving the Jersey Village community, Dr. Ling launched the inaugural Smile Day, providing free, comprehensive dental care to selected patients. The goal is to honor the practice’s legacy and ensure that cost is not a barrier to care.
