Amped Fitness, a 24/7 gym, is set to open in Sugar Land on July 1. The gym, located at 16626 Southwest Freeway, will offer a range of zones including cardio and strength, functional as well as abs and glutes.

Other features of the gym include The Babe Cave, a women’s only space, The Gauntlet, a tactical athletic space, and The Sweat Cinema. Additionally, the gym will have strong pods for private strength training and a recovery space with cold plunges, infrared saunas, and hydromassage beds.
A kids club will also be available, according to the gym’s website. The grand opening event will take place on July 1 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and will feature music, vendors, and an appearance by the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
