A two-mile stretch of I-65 South in Louisville is set to reopen on June 29, two days ahead of schedule. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced the updated timeline, with the southbound lanes between University Boulevard and the Watterson Expressway (I-264) reopening to two lanes of traffic.
Once reopened, four ramps will also return to service, including the on and off-ramps at Crittenden Drive, along with the southbound on-ramps from Eastern Parkway and University Boulevard. Officials are expected to provide more details in a news conference.
