Goodwill Industries of Northwest Texas (GINWT) is celebrating the signing of several Estacado students to the brand new Pathways to Success Program. The program provides hands-on experience in on-the-job training, leadership development, and career readiness, along with a $13-per-hour wage.
Program Details
The signing day celebration will take place on Friday, June 26, at 11 a.m. at 517 N. Zenith Avenue. A total of 12 junior and senior students will sign their program contracts that go into effect in August when the 2026-2027 school year begins.
President and CEO of GINWT, Robin Raney, said that this program is a fantastic opportunity that serves as an investment in the next generation of Lubbock workers: ‘In partnership with Lubbock Independent School District, we are combining paid work experience, education, and leadership development to equip these students with the skills and confidence they need to build meaningful careers and achieve long-term success.’
