Billie’s Grocery, a Kansas City-based eatery, is expanding to Overland Park with a new location at the Bluhawk development. The restaurant will offer its signature organic wraps, salads, and gluten-free baked goods to the southern Overland Park community.

The menu at Billie’s Grocery includes items like Korean chicken wraps, spicy tuna bowls, and salmon burgers. They also serve brunch options, smoothies, coffee drinks, and teas. Owner Robin Krause, a certified herbalist and nutritional therapist practitioner, opened the first Billie’s Grocery in Kansas City, Missouri’s Gilham Plaza area in 2020.
The addition of the Bluhawk location has been years in the making, according to Krause. The new location will be part of the growing Bluhawk development, which includes a sports park, hotels, and other retail tenants.
