Arizona quarterback Noah Fifita and linebacker Dash Fifita teamed up to host the second First Down Faith Football Camp, a single-day event designed to combine football instruction with spiritual guidance for young athletes.
The camp focuses on fundamentals of the game while also creating space for conversations about faith and personal development. Coaches and college players lead drills and skill sessions, and organizers pair that on-field work with moments for encouragement and mentorship.
Noah Fifita said one of his main goals is to remind kids that their worth goes beyond wins and popularity. He hopes to teach “the next generation that their identity isn’t in football or how popular they are in school, it’s in God.”
Dash Fifita helped coordinate the program alongside his teammate, working to make the camp welcoming and accessible. The brothers aimed to use their platform to connect with local youth, offering both practical tips for the sport and examples of leadership off the field.
Organizers described the event as a chance for young players to improve their skills, build confidence, and hear positive messages about purpose and character — blending athletics and faith in a way that supports athletes beyond the scoreboard.
