Lucy Anne’s Brings Upstate NY Flavors to Spartanburg
Meanwhile, in Spartanburg, Lucy Anne’s is preparing to bring a taste of Upstate New York to South Carolina. Owner Michael Rednak, known for his cross-cultural culinary concept that blends Southern and Italian cuisines, announced that Lucy Anne’s will soon have a permanent home at 148 W. Main St. Rednak has previously hosted pop-ups at locations like Hone and Augusta Street Market, and his residency at the West Greenville incubator, Hone, concluded with a final Sunday supper on May 17.
While an exact opening date for Lucy Anne’s has not been announced, anticipation is building for Chef Michael’s signature dishes, including arancini and pasta, which promise to offer a modern take on traditional family recipes.
