MML Hospitality, the team behind Clark’s Oyster Bar, Swedish Hill, Pecan Square Café, and Rosie’s Wine Bar, is set to open a new Greek restaurant in Austin. The restaurant will be located at 1211 W. Lynn St. and is expected to open in spring 2027.

Restaurant Details

The new restaurant will incorporate “Sledd” into its name to honor the legacy of the former Sledd Nursery, which MML Hospitality licensed from the Sledd family. The design will also pay homage to the building’s history with a large collection of live plants and greenery around the restaurant.

The menu will feature breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, although the team has not released further details at this time. This will be MML’s first Greek restaurant, although the company has developed a Mediterranean menu at The Peacock Mediterranean Grill in The Austin Proper Hotel.
