The incident occurred around 8 p.m. Saturday at 1314 Magoffin Avenue. Crews arrived to find heavy flames and smoke; firefighters worked to extinguish the fire and secure the area. During the ongoing on-scene work, authorities reported that human remains were located inside the property.
