The Bluffview neighborhood, a new residential project in Georgetown, Texas, is set to bring nearly 300 homes and apartments to the area. Located on 68 acres near Leander Road and Southwestern Bypass, the development will unfold in phases. The initial phase will focus on a 29-acre section dedicated to 105 single-family homes.

In addition to housing, the Bluffview neighborhood will feature recreational amenities such as the Bluffview Trail. This shared-use path will include trailhead parking, park benches, and a natural area, providing residents with outdoor recreational opportunities.

To fund the necessary public infrastructure, the city will issue $4.56 million in special revenue bonds for the first phase of improvements. This is part of a Public Improvement District (PID) strategy, where property owners in the neighborhood pay a special tax to repay the bonds, ensuring that the infrastructure supports the growing community.
