The city of Aztec will implement Stage 2 water restrictions on Friday, July 17, as New Mexico faces a hot and dry year. Under the mandatory restrictions, no irrigation is allowed between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Restrictions Details
Even-numbered addresses can have water on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while odd-numbered houses can have water on Thursdays and Sundays. Additionally, washing down sidewalks, parking lots, ramps, and loading docks is allowed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. No swimming pools will be filled.
