Texas State University students will have a new Mexican food option on campus with the addition of QDOBA Mexican Eats at the Jones Dining Center. The university will remodel the dining center to accommodate the city’s first QDOBA location.
Construction and Menu
Construction is slated to be complete before the beginning of the 2026-27 school year. The site’s remodel was scheduled to begin on June 1 and be completed on Aug. 15. QDOBA serves classic dishes, including bowls, burritos, tacos, and quesadillas.
